Brasserie32 reveals new menu

August sees the launch of a new menu at our a la carte restaurant, Brasserie32, available at Heythrop Park, Holme Lacy House, Nidd Hall, Studley Castle and Thoresby Hall and launching this autumn at The Runnymede on Thames. Take a peek into our new takes on British heritage recipes, combining traditional ingredients with modern flair. The revitalised dishes and introduction of a daily roast brings you more choice and the chance to try something new when you next stay with us.
Start your day right
They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and our new hearty dishes certainly don’t dispel that. Tuck into the Brasserie breakfast, your traditional full English but with Cumberland ring sausage, black pudding and potato and oat cake. For those with a sweet tooth, the new Bakewell French toast with black cherry compote and vanilla cream offers a decadent alternative.
New starters
The fresh line up of starters is set to tempt your tastebuds. Our favourites include the pulled ham hock terrine as well as the deliciously fresh tomato and mozzarella salad. Or why not try the decadent creamy mixed mushrooms?
The main event
Brasserie32 is renowned for its inventive take on classic dishes, and the new mains are no exception. Dive into the richness of our Bouillabaisse fish stew or the vibrant risotto verde with poached egg. For meat lovers, the beef short rib is big on flavour that’s hard to beat. Of course, we couldn’t forget the timeless classic fish pie, reimagined with a creamy Chardonnay sauce.
Delightful desserts
No meal is complete without something sweet, and our new desserts are designed to delight. Indulge in the light and refreshing Eton Mess or the warm and comforting baked apple and blackberry oat crumble. For a post-meal pick-me-up, try the Affogato – a perfect blend of hot espresso poured over cold ice cream.
