We’re proud of the quality and breadth of our great tasting dishes to begin and end each day. Dining times will be available to book for breakfast and dinner to manage the space and flow of guests so everyone can dine in comfort and feel at ease. Restaurants will also be open for longer. There’ll be plated à la carte service with a globetrotting menu as well as hot English breakfast items will be served by our chefs and continental options will be available at self serve.
In the evening the hotels that offer the 'Butchers Block' to be available from the servery, with a chef serving the joint and the guest serving themselves with the trimmings.
For daytime bites and drinks, the coffee shops will offer a tempting menu from 12pm-5pm with the main restaurants providing additional seating for lunch if necessary. Again, it’ll be service to the table. With no day visitors, our lounges and bars, open day and evening, will be exclusively for hotel guests – afternoon tea and cocktails are still very much on the menu.
