Once you have stayed 2-7 nights you will get your first card that will be a Silver Card Your benefits are 5% discount on hotel spends. Exclusive Silver Club Benefits and latest news and updates.
Once you have done between 8 - 13 nights you will then get a Gold Card Your benefits are 10% discount on hotel spends. Exclusive Gold Club Benefits and latest news and updates.
Then once you have done over 14 nights you will get our Platinum card Your benefits are 15% discount on hotel spends. Entertainment Break Swap Exclusive Platinum Club Benefits and latest news and updates.
Lost your Club Warner Card?

Is your card damaged or faulty?
If your card is damaged or faulty, then not to worry. All you have to do is fill in the damaged card form and we can then issue you with a replacement card in the post. REPLACE YOUR DAMAGED CARD
Group booking of 20 or more?
If you're a Club Warner member and your name was provided at the time of the group booking, you can claim your nights up to 28 days from departure. CLAIM YOUR NIGHTS
Change of name and address?
If your name of details have changed and you would like an update membership card, just let us know and we will update our records and issue a new card. UPDATE YOUR DETAILS
How long will it take to receive my Club Warner Card?
After you have registered online, you will then need to stay with us for two or more nights, we will automatically send you your membership card in the post, which can take up to 28 days (due to unprecedented levels of interest). We issue new cards in monthly batches.
