Warner Holiday credit is issued when your break was cancelled due to one of the following:
- Hotel or Village was closed due to Coronavirus
- Using the Coronavirus Guarantee and opted to keep the monies on hold
- You cancelled under the Holiday Protection Plan and opted to keep the monies on hold.
In these situations, your original booking payment funds are provided as a credit to use against a future break away.
You can use your Warner Hold Money to pay for a new holiday booking only. Any remaining credit will be kept in your account for future bookings.
Please be aware you cannot use hold monies to book online. So please call a friendly adviser on 0330 100 3354 to make a new booking and let them know you have monies in credit. Also held monies cannot be used on site.
